West joined Papa John's in 2005 as vice president, information services and eCommerce, responsible for all field and corporate information services throughout the Papa John's domestic and international systems. In his new position, West will lead all Papa John's technology functions, including field systems support, business systems, technology operations, online ordering and customer support and applications development.
West has more than 25 years of restaurant systems experience, including serving as vice president of information technology services with Yorkshire Global Restaurants (Long John Silver's) from 1996 through 2003.
