The second paragraph of Item 3 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
The securities purchased by CalSTRS were purchased with working capital (which may, at any given
time, include margin loans made by brokerage firms in the ordinary course of business) in open market purchases, except as otherwise provided in Schedule A, which is incorporated herein by reference. The aggregate purchase price of the 34,784
Shares owned directly by CalSTRS is approximately $1,209,696, including brokerage commissions.
