Resignation of Director Owsley Brown Frazier
On November 16, 2005, Papa Johns International, Inc. (the Company) received a letter from Owsley Brown Frazier, a director of the Company since 2001, notifying the Company of his resignation from the Board of Directors effective November 25, 2005, for health-related reasons. The Company is in the process of conducting a search for one or more qualified individuals to serve as new members of its Board of Directors.
