Todd Penegor was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2024 with 20 years of experience in the restaurant and consumer goods industries. He was also appointed to the Board of Directors. He joined Papa Johns from The Wendy’s Company, where he served as President and CEO and Chief Financial Officer, among other executive leadership roles. During his tenure as President and CEO of Wendy’s, the company achieved substantial growth in sales, earnings and new restaurant counts, including the expansion of Wendy’s footprint to more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide and the 12th consecutive year of same-restaurant sales growth. Prior to Wendy’s, Mr. Penegor held several leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including most recently Vice President of Kellogg and President of U.S. Snacks. Prior to Kellogg, Mr. Penegor worked at Ford Motor Company in various capacities within the Company’s finance organization, supporting mergers and acquisitions, global joint ventures and treasury.
Chris Collins
Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Principal Accounting Officer
Christopher K. Collins was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer in June 2026, in addition to his role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Principal Accounting Officer, which he has held since July 2025. Previous to this role, Mr. Collins was Vice President of Finance – Treasury, Tax, and International Business Segment from July 2023 to July 2025. Mr. Collins served as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer from March 2023 to July 2023, after joining Papa Johns as Vice President, Treasury and Tax in April 2021. Mr. Collins is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience leading finance functions in the United States and internationally for public companies. Prior to joining Papa Johns, Mr. Collins served as VP, Treasury at Signet Jewelers from 2019 until 2020. Prior to 2019, he held several financial leadership roles with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the United States and Europe and with American Axle & Manufacturing.
James Furnell
Senior Vice President, Global People Experience
James Furnell was appointed to the executive leadership team as Senior Vice President, Global People Experience in November 2025. Mr. Furnell joined Papa Johns in February 2023 as Head of People Experience for the International business, playing a key role in supporting the brand’s transformation and growth, prior to relocating to the Atlanta Headquarters in July 2024 serving as Vice President of Global People Experience. He brings extensive global HR experience and a strong track record in people strategy, organizational transformation, global talent and reward initiatives across complex, multinational organizations. Before joining Papa Johns, Mr. Furnell served as Vice President of Human Resources at MUFG Bank and held several senior and global HR leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Thomson Reuters, supporting large-scale businesses across multiple regions.
Heather Hollander
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Strategy
Heather Hollander joined Papa Johns in March 2025 as SVP, Investor Relations, FP&A, and Strategy, and was appointed to the executive leadership team in November 2025. Ms. Hollander most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Treasurer, and Chief Investor Relations Officer at Circana, LLC, a privately held global technology and information services company. She brings more than 25 years of finance and strategy experience across multiple consumer brands to this role and has been recognized by Institutional Investor as a top investor relations professional. Prior to Circana, Ms. Hollander served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Bath and Body Works, and served in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibilities spanning finance, investor relations, analytics, and strategy at Nordstrom, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Bloomin’ Brands, Burger King, and Pediatrix. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.
Chris Lyn-Sue
Global Chief Marketing Officer
Chris Lyn-Sue was appointed Global Chief Marketing Officer in August 2026. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of International. Mr. Lyn-Sue is an accomplished business leader with extensive global experience in brand management, commercial strategy, and business transformation. Previously he led global marketing and brand strategy, including serving as interim Chief Marketing Officer in 2024. Since joining Papa Johns in 2022, he has been instrumental in advancing the Company's international expansion and brand evolution, including seven consecutive quarters of positive international comparable sales. Prior to joining Papa Johns, he held brand leadership and marketing roles at Restaurant Brands International and Bacardi.
John Matter
Global Chief Development Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary
John Matter was appointed Global Chief Development Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary in August 2026. He most recently served as SVP, General Counsel, and as the interim leader of the North America Development team. Mr. Matter joined Papa Johns in 2013 as Senior Counsel and has held several roles in the Company with progressive responsibility. He previously served as General Counsel for Papa Johns’ international business and as the interim leader of the International Development team in 2024 where he helped drive the Company’s international transformation plan. Mr. Matter has twenty-five years of professional experience working for law firms and public companies, including fifteen plus years in the restaurant and franchising industry. He also leads the Corporate Responsibility team and supports corporate governance, SEC compliance, and executive compensation.
Kurt Milburn
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Kurt Milburn was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in April 2024 after serving as Vice President, Supply Chain Operations since 2022. In this role, he leads PJ Food Service (PJFS), overseeing International Supply Chain Operations. This includes the leading the Company’s Quality Control Center Operations, Supplier Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance teams. Mr. Milburn joined Papa Johns from Scott’s Miracle-Gro Company where he served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Operations. Prior to Scotts Miracle-Gro he held various leadership positions in supply chain and engineering at General Electric and General Motors.
Caroline Miller Oyler
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
Caroline Miller Oyler was appointed Chief Legal and Administrative Officer in August 2026, after serving as Chief Administrative Officer since June 2025. In her role, Ms. Oyler is responsible for human resources, legal, risk, safety and security, internal audit, facilities, and serves as Corporate Secretary. She was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in 2025, and previously served as Chief Legal & Risk Officer from November 2018 – May 2025, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer from May 2018 to October 2018 and Senior Vice President, General Counsel from May 2014 to May 2018. During her tenure at Papa Johns, she also served as interim head of Human Resources on three separate occasions prior to her current role. Ms. Oyler joined the Company’s legal department in 1999. Before joining Papa Johns, Ms. Oyler practiced law with the firm Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs LLP.
Chris Phylactou
Senior Vice President of International
Chris was appointed Senior Vice President of International in August 2026. He joined Papa Johns in 2008 as Senior Director of International Supply Chain before returning to the business in 2020 as Vice President of International Supply Chain, QA & QCC. Most recently, Chris served as Managing Director, UK, Europe & Canada, where he led the business turnaround, driving commercial performance and increasing profitability for franchise partners. Chris has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the food industry. Prior to rejoining Papa Johns, he led a consultancy business, working with clients including Norwegian Cruise Line, Wagamama and Marugame Udon. Before that, he spent eight years with TGI Fridays, where his most recent role was Managing Director, Europe.
Marc Richard
Senior Vice President, North America Operations
Marc Richard was appointed to the executive leadership team in June 2026 and has served as Senior Vice President, North America Operations since June 2025. He joined Papa Johns from College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, leading teams across six distinct business areas for the brand. Prior to College H.U.N.K.S., Mr. Richard held the role of Vice President of Operations at Smoothie King. He began his career at Domino’s, where he helped pilot a Leadership Development Program and went on to hold several key leadership roles across both Corporate and Franchise Operations.
Kevin Vasconi
Chief Digital and Technology Officer
Kevin Vasconi was appointed Chief Digital and Technology Officer in September 2024. Mr. Vasconi has 35 years of experience leading global technology strategy in the QSR industry and with leading brands. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vasconi spent four years as Chief Information Officer at The Wendy’s Company where he led all aspects of its global technology efforts, including Consumer-facing Digital, Restaurant Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Technology, and Information Security. He also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. for almost nine years. In this role, he served on the executive leadership team and was responsible for developing and leading all domestic and international technology capabilities for the company. Before joining Domino’s, Mr. Vasconi held technology leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, R.L. Polk & Co., Covisint LLC., and Ford Motor Company.
