
Todd Penegor
President and Chief Executive Officer
Todd Penegor was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2024 with 20 years of experience in the restaurant and consumer goods industries. He was also appointed to the Board of Directors. He joined Papa Johns from The Wendy’s Company, where he served as President and CEO and Chief Financial Officer, among other executive leadership roles. During his tenure as President and CEO of Wendy’s, the company achieved substantial growth in sales, earnings and new restaurant counts, including the expansion of Wendy’s footprint to more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide and the 12th consecutive year of same-restaurant sales growth. Prior to Wendy’s, Mr. Penegor held several leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including most recently Vice President of Kellogg and President of U.S. Snacks. Prior to Kellogg, Mr. Penegor worked at Ford Motor Company in various capacities within the Company’s finance organization, supporting mergers and acquisitions, global joint ventures and treasury.

Ravi Thanawala
Chief Financial Officer and EVP, International
Ravi Thanawala was appointed Chief Financial Officer and EVP, International in September 2024 after serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2023. He joined Papa Johns from Nike, Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Nike North America. During his seven years at Nike, Inc., Mr. Thanawala also served as the Global VP and CFO of the Converse brand, which included working within a franchise model that comprised most of the brand’s international business. In addition, he was the Global VP of Retail Excellence, overseeing the brand’s performance across its business channels of franchises, licenses, direct to consumer and wholesale during a time of digital transformation for the business. Prior to Nike, Inc., Mr. Thanawala spent eight years at ANN INC. with progressively increasing responsibilities in finance and operations. He served in the finance leadership role for LOFT; led ANN INC’s Asia operations, global logistics and international trade based in Hong Kong; and eventually became CFO of the ANN INC. business, a subsidiary of Ascena Retail Group, Inc.

Jenna Bromberg
Chief Marketing Officer
Jenna Bromberg was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in November 2024. She joins Papa Johns from Carter's Inc., where she served as Vice President of Brand Marketing & Creative, successfully leading multiple brands through the pandemic period and launching several groundbreaking marketing campaigns. Her return to the pizza industry marks a full-circle moment, building on her previous experience as Director of Core Brand Marketing at Pizza Hut.

Madeline Chadwick
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Madeline Chadwick was appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in February 2023 after serving as the company’s SVP, Communications and Corporate Affairs since November 2019. She joined Papa Johns in 2018 as its VP, Communications and Community Engagement. Ms. Chadwick leads internal and external communications as well as the company’s corporate social responsibility and Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives. Before joining Papa Johns, Ms. Chadwick led communications for the founder of Quicken Loans and owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA franchise, Dan Gilbert, and his family of companies and investments in Detroit and Cleveland. She also served in senior global corporate communications roles at eBay and Hewlett Packard. Prior to her in-house career, she worked at leading public relations agencies for more than 15 years overseeing communications strategy for a number of global consumer brands. Ms. Chadwick has held both regional and global communications roles in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Kurt Milburn
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Kurt Milburn was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in April 2024 after serving as Vice President, Supply Chain Operations since 2022. In this role, he leads PJ Food Service (PJFS), overseeing International Supply Chain Operations. This includes the leading the Company’s Quality Control Center Operations, Supplier Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance teams. Mr. Milburn joined Papa Johns from Scott’s Miracle-Gro Company where he served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Operations. Prior to Scotts Miracle-Gro he held various leadership positions in supply chain and engineering at General Electric and General Motors.

Caroline Miller Oyler
Chief Administrative Officer
Caroline Miller Oyler was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in June 2025, after serving as Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary since July 2020. In her role, Ms. Oyler is responsible for human resources, legal, risk, safety and security, internal audit, facilities, and serves as Corporate Secretary. She was appointed Chief Legal & Risk Officer in 2018, and previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer from May 2018 to October 2018 and Senior Vice President, General Counsel from May 2014 to May 2018. During her tenure at Papa Johns, she also served as interim head of Human Resources on three separate occasions prior to her current role. Ms. Oyler joined the Company’s legal department in 1999. Before joining Papa Johns, Ms. Oyler practiced law with the firm Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs LLP.

Joe Sieve
Chief Restaurant and Global Development Officer
Joe Sieve was appointed Chief Restaurant and Global Development Officer in September 2024 after serving as the Company’s Chief Restaurant Officer since May 2022. Mr. Sieve joined Papa Johns from Inspire Brands where he served as Vice President of Franchise Development since June 2016. Prior to Inspire, Mr. Sieve worked at Domino’s Pizza, Inc., first as Director of Strategic Market Growth from May 2010 to January 2014 and later as a franchisee/owner with a portfolio of 58 Domino’s restaurants from January 2014 to June 2016. With more than 25 years in the food service industry, Mr. Sieve began his career as a multi-unit franchisee of Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs and La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill.

Kevin Vasconi
Chief Digital and Technology Officer
Kevin Vasconi was appointed Chief Digital and Technology Officer in September 2024. Mr. Vasconi has 35 years of experience leading global technology strategy in the QSR industry and with leading brands. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vasconi spent four years as Chief Information Officer at The Wendy’s Company where he led all aspects of its global technology efforts, including Consumer-facing Digital, Restaurant Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Technology, and Information Security. He also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. for almost nine years. In this role, he served on the executive leadership team and was responsible for developing and leading all domestic and international technology capabilities for the company. Before joining Domino’s, Mr. Vasconi held technology leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, R.L. Polk & Co., Covisint LLC., and Ford Motor Company.
